In this episode of On Mindfulness, I speak with Marcía McGetrick-West. Marcia is state certified with the California Council of Massage Therapy and has been board certified by the NCBTMB--National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (1997). She is also a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner with Healing Beyond Borders (2017).
Marcía has been working in the professional field of massage therapy and bodywork since 1989. Coming from a dance/theater arts and graphic design background, she eventually moved into the healing, meditative and yogic arts. Combining these modalities and studies has deepened her knowledge and skills within the professional practices that support the body, mind and heart.
