Bending the Arc: Eva Jimenez and Mark Montgomery: Shield Training Center

The Shield Training Center is a Shasta-Tehama-Trinity Public Safety Training Consortium; an organization in the north state where public safety entities have formally joined forces to execute a vision to provide frequent and affordable training courses for all public safety organizations in our region.  In this episode, we speak with Eva Jimenez and Mark Montgomery of Shasta College about the center and what it offers the community, training and education needs and trends, and their roles in creating the center, and their work at the college.
