E19: On Mindfulness: Sound Activation and Breathwork with Sandra Treydte

Share Tweet Email

In this episode of On Mindfulness, we speak with Sandra Treydte.  Based in Berlin, Sandra is a musician, meditation & breathwork teacher and couples coach specializing in tools that regulate the nervous system and restore balance. She weaves together breathwork, vocal activation, sound journeys, and shadow work to create transformative spaces where individuals can explore the delicate balance between emotions and awareness, connection and autonomy, presence and surrender, and open more into the present moment.

We speak about these modalities and how she thinks about mindfulness; towards the end of the episode, she leads us in a breathwork practice.
